I know the answers of these questions:
I can't move! Why can't I move in the flyby tower puzzle? I cant go into the shops on the world map I can hear music, but I don't know how to turn it off.

To turn music off just use the controls on the bar at the top of the window with the links to chat window etc on it, there are 3 controls 1. the square: stops the music 2. right pointing triangle: starts the music 3. right pointing triangle and line: changes the track
