What's the best way to train?

It all depends if you like to solve quests or battle. If you like to solve quests, solve first the quests on the main island and then using the travel agency or using a boat, go in another island to solve further quests. You may also solve once per day the so called "Daily Dungeon" which will provide 1/4 of your experience needs to level up. And finally you may fight against monsters to gain experience.
